This superb villa is situated in Vale de Parra, 8km west of Albufeira and 2km - just a 20 minute walk, from the \'Blue Flag beaches of Gale. There are many excellent local restaurants some of which are within walking distance of the villa.

The villa is set in its own large gardens, surrounded by fields and vineyards. It has a large feature B.B.Q. and a delightful circular swimming pool linked by a shallow channel to a separate children’s pool. The pool can be HEATEd ( this is available as an optional extra)
 
Accomodation:
The ground floor has a large lounge/dining room with a flat screen TV, with a digital satellite receiver with BBC and other English channels. If guests bring their own SKY card it will work in this receiver. A well equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher and microwave. There are two double queensize bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room & one with en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor there are two queensize double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms lead out on to a large sun terrace.
All bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned ( this is available as an optional extra ).
There is an alarm system and a safe.
Smoking is not permitted within the villa.
